Position: HR and Admin Supervisor (Generalist)

Benefits and Payroll Management: Design and manage benefits packages, oversee payroll processing, and handle annual compliance reporting.

HR Support: Provide assistance with both internal and external HR matters.

Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of organizational policies and procedures.

Employee Motivation: Propose and implement strategies to enhance employee motivation and engagement.

Recruitment: Aid in the recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment contracts.

Complaint Resolution: Address and investigate employee complaints.

Employee Development: Coordinate employee development initiatives and performance management activities.

Onboarding: Conduct new staff orientations and maintain updated records.

Database Management: Oversee the organizations employee database and generate reports.

HR Reporting: Produce and submit reports on various HR activities.

Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest HR trends and best practices.
- HR Experience:
Proficiency in various HR areas including Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Employee and Labor Relations, Performance and Talent Management, and Organizational Development and Policy Formation.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR.
