Job Description

As an HR and Admin Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the organization's human resources functions to establish and implement HR policies and processes, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and foster a healthy and productive workplace environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the HR team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations and administration of the Human Resources Department.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Address employee concerns and queries, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Assist in the resolution of conflicts, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
Contribute to the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and implement relevant initiatives.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Assist in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Address employee inquiries related to benefits and facilitate open enrollment processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
Assist in the preparation of reports related to HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities to boost morale and foster a positive workplace culture.
Seek feedback and implement initiatives to enhance overall employee satisfaction.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php35,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
