Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any-related field
Proficient in MS Office applications
Has good communication skills
Can work with minimal supervision

At least 1-2 years of experience in HR and Administration field in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural MNC environment.
Job Descriptions:
- Arrange reservations for visitors and flights for employees.
Handles and receives the Vehicle Request Form from employees and arrange accordingly.- Assist GA in monitoring the renewal of company vehicles insurance policies including driver's documents.
Arrange and handles the office supplies request and its distribution every month
- Arrange and monitors the issuance, renewal of company phone postpaid plans
In-charge of the monitoring and schedule of delivery in coordination with different departments- Assist GA in the KEDES report submission and assist GA in renewal of licenses and permits (PCAB)
Handles and monitors petty cash expense and summary
- Assist GA and HR in all company events and programs.
Assist GA in (end-to-end) recruitment.- Willing to be assign in Makati and Laguna office.
Perform other HR and admin duties from time to time.
