Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage calendar and scheduling.
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting
memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
- Handle internal and external communications, presentations and reports.
- Book travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and activities for
executives.
- Prepare food and make minutes for office meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Monitor company insurance and vehicle registration & payments.
- Monitor materials related to the board of directors.
- Prepare and assist company events.
