Job Description:Perform Human Resources and Admin functions such as but not limited to
Recruitment,
Employee Relations,
Training and
Other General Administrative duties.
- Place job advertisements and perform the end-to-end recruitment process in consultation with relevant Department Heads and HR Head.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.- Perform all disciplinary cases from notice issuance to recommendation and resolution.
Coordinates initiatives that enhance work relationships and retention such as surveys and employee initiatives.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure that the permits and licenses are renewed on time.- Ensure that labor regulations and other government-mandated reporting or obligations are followed.
Receive, process, and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary.
- Ensure all HR records and information related to individual employees or employment related matters are maintained to required standards.
Execute other general administrative functions.- Support HR Head in responding to HR enquiries.
- Perform other task that maybe assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of any 4-5 year course, preferably BS Psychology or other Social Sciences courses
Must have at least 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources and Admin Management- Must have above-average communications skills in written and oral English and Filipino
Abreast with Labor Laws and corresponding IRR
- Able to liaise with government departments and different organizations
Can handle highly confidential and sensitive matter- Keen to details and with strong analytical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay

* Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
