Job Description:- Assist in recruiting the required personnel needed by the different departments.
Assist in conducting interviews based on criteria and specifications required by the job.- maintains a complete and updated record system of all employees in the organization including the 201 files.
Assist the management in the movement of employees such as promotions, transfers, lay-offs, resignations, terminations, etc. as recommended by the department heads and approved by the management.
- Provide efficient and prompt administrative services to all different departments in the whole organization.
College graduate of BSBA-Human Resource Development Management or any related course.
- With one to 2 years of work experience.
Good communication skills and computer literate
