HUMAN RESOURCE
Lead and Prepare Job Description, Recruitment and Vacancy Announcement
Main Document Controller of Employee 201 File Records (soft and hard copy)
Final Review of Timekeeping Records for Payroll Computation
Manage Payroll Computation Encode Timekeeping, Payroll Register Computation, Update Payroll Monitoring Files, Prepare Payslip, Encode Salary Crediting to BPI Bizlink Online and Monitor Payroll Approval from Execom.
Lead and monitor yearly staff evaluation and taking part in strategic management planning
Maintain Workplace Health and Safety Management compliance
Prepare agendas or programs for Mancom meetings
Proposed and Plan Company Events Christmas Party, Team Building, HR Activities, Town Hall Meetings, etc.
Create and Implement Announcement and Circulars to the Team to ensure proper compliance.
Manage Employee Separation Handle Exit Interview, Process Clearance and Last Pay
Process and Administer Employee Compensation and Benefits (Leave, HMO, Loans, Allowances and Perks)
Review and Coordinate training sessions and seminars for employees
ADMIN
Review and Approve Payment Request to process Utility Billings Landlines, Company Phone, Electricity and Water Bills
Evaluate and coordinate Company Phone Plans and Packages
Lead Annual Processing and Payment of Business Permit (Antipolo and Pasig)
Review and oversee Company Vehicle Management
Review and Approve Request for Supplies, Tools and Equipment Inventory Purchasing, Releasing to Assignee and Monitoring Records.
Review and Approve Request for Hotel and Travel Bookings for Employee and Executive Business Trips (Issuance of Travel Order, Process VISA and Coordinate with Hotel for Accreditation)
