We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both human resources and financial functions, ensuring that our company maintains a positive work environment and robust financial health. This dual-role position requires a versatile professional with strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks.
Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Manage cash flow and financial transactions.
- Oversee procurement and vendor management.
Monitor expenses and collections
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience (1-2+ years) in a combined HR and Finance role or related positions.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in HR and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, HRIS systems).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
