Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of 4-year course in Psychology or Human Resources or other Business

    related Course.

  • With at least 6-8 years of experience on all facets of HR in a managerial level.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage both administrative and HR functions

    effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and other

    stakeholders.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions.

  • Attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and laws.

  • Leadership and management skills to manage employees effectively and achieve

    organizational goals.

    Requirements:


    Proven working experience as HR and Administration Manager or other HR executive.

    People-oriented and results-driven.

    Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.

    Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

    Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

    Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of

    the company.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
