Summary of Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a cost-effective HR Strategy with the senior management team to ensure the continued growth and development of the Company.
- Develop and implements HR management policies aligned with the organizational core values and objectives.
- Proactively researches and develops innovative HR initiatives which will ultimately benefit staff, customers and owners of the Company
- Assesses current and future recruitment needs
- Leads the development and implementation of the resourcing plan, to work with management to ensure recruitment and selection of all staff
- Conducts detailed Training Needs Analysis to develop and implement Learning and Development Plans for the business ensuring Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of all staff.
- Proactively works with senior management to attain and improve systems within the business.
- Leads the development of employee relations policies and practices covering the full employee relationship and industrial relations strategy.
- Establishes and builds effective relationships with staff and management, at all levels in order to provide professional advice and guidance to management relating to HR issues.
- Be fully acquainted with employment law legislation affecting HR and proactively keep abreast of future developments.
- Manages all employee-related cases.
- Manages all personnel-related administration.
- Manages Performance Appraisal System for all staff.
- Develop and drive the adoption of good practices to build and sustain employees.
- Develop and implement succession planning strategy.
- Ensures equality of opportunity for all.
- Performs related duties and specific projects as assigned by senior management to contribute to the overall aims of the camp.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of 4-year course in Psychology or Human Resources or other Business related Course
- With at least 8 years of experience on all facets of HR in a managerial level
Strong organizational skills to manage both administrative and HR functions effectively- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and other stakeholders
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and laws
Leadership and management skills to manage employees effectively and achieve organizational goals.
