Job Description

As the Admin and HR Manager, you will oversee a comprehensive range of administrative and human resources functions. You will lead the team, support local staff, and ensure smooth business operations, positioning yourself as a candidate for future managerial roles. Our current team comprises approximately 15 Japanese expatriates and 40 local staff members, with potential growth expected based on upcoming projects.



HR and General Affairs Management:
Recruitment
Performance evaluation and promotions
Handling warnings and disciplinary actions
Managing contracts (including insurance)
Organizing company events

Labor Manual Revision and Update:
Improving internal processes and documentation related to HR

Leadership and Support:
Leading the team as a potential future manager
Supporting local staff and managing operations
Overseeing and guiding time and attendance management

Coordination and Support:
Collaborating with Japanese expatriates and providing support
Coordinating and supporting other departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80,
  • 00 - Php100,000.00 per month

    Benefits:
  • Paid training
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
