Job Description

Job Description:
  • HR Function:
Performing the full spectrum of HR functions, particularly recruitment , timekeeping, payroll, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement activities, among others.
  • Develop and implement efficient HR strategies and initiatives to improve and streamline HR processes.
Responds and acts on routine inquiries of employees regarding benefits, contracts, and other aspects relating to their employment
  • Executes HR programs, policies, and tasks assigned to him/her involving several areas of HR programs.
Handle employee relations issues promptly and effectively, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Collects, validates, processes, and maintains employment-related information, records, and transaction for new hires, which may include HRIS record setup, background checks, and validation of documentation
Stay-up-to-date on Philippine labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
  • Manage government benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
  • Administrative Function:
Monitors all office administration duties to maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained work environment
  • Plans and supervises office administration activities and events
Ensures appropriate and timely provision of administrative support to all departments in the organization
  • Monitors the timely preparation of business documents as required by government agencies and/or external clients
Ensures timely processing of yearly licenses and accreditations from various government agencies where company business require accreditations
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent discipline is preferred
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a track record of efficiency and organization.
With at least 5 years working experience as an HR Generalist in a Senior or Supervisory role.
  • Must be knowledgeable in government benefits and Philippine labor laws.
Excellent comprehension and communication skills
  • Organized, detailed minded, independent thinker and knows how to work on priority tasks
Results oriented, flexible, and team player.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php35,
  • 00 per month

    Benefits:

Promotion to permanent employee
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
  • Human Resources: 4 years (Required)
