As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR and Administration Intern to join our team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and administration within a vibrant and collaborative work environment.
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate candidate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Employee Onboarding:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with paperwork.
Facilitate the orientation program to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and procedures.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Back Office Team.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Employee Engagement:
- Collaborate on the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Contribute ideas to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Policy Compliance:
- Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
Support HR in conducting periodic policy reviews and updates.
