Job Description

  • Understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
  • Experience with setting performance metrics, conducting appraisals, and identifying areas for employee growth.
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate employee records, managing files, and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Efficient in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Strong skills in communicating with employees at all levels, both in writing (emails, reports, etc.) and in-person
  • Ensuring accuracy in HR-related documentation, payroll, employee benefits, and administrative tasks.
  • Handling sensitive employee data with discretion and ensuring adherence to privacy regulations.
  • Balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities, such as HR management and administrative duties, and adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms.
