Communicating with potential job candidates.- Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
Managing HR records including, rsums, applicant logs, and employee forms.
- Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
Issuing new employees with enrollment documents.- Conducting employee orientations.
Explaining employee benefits.
- Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
Maintaining employee confidentiality.- Assisting with the distribution of training material.
Qualifications:- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences,
Social Science or any related discipline.- At least 1-year experience especially on Compensation and Benefits (with extensive experience in manual payroll computation and preparation).
Computer literate.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal and detail oriented- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills and decision-making aptitude.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
