Duties and Responsibilities: Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Secure pre-employment requirements and 201 file of employees.
Monitor attendance record of employees Secure payment of Philhealth, SSS and Pag-ibig Contribution
- Updates Employee Masterlist
Update and maintain office policies and procedures- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Provides secretarial, administrative and clerical support to assist department operations as needed.- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintains physical and digital filing systems
Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Do other duties as assigned by the head and/or the management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay
