Job Description

The Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to support our Organization. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily administrative operations and contribute to the efficient and effective management of HR functions.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Assists in University Partnerships activities includingscreening of Intern resumes, attending job fairs and preparation of collaterals
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development and engagement activities.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in Timekeeping, payroll and compliance reports.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform Office/Administration duties to be assigned by CEO/COO /HR & Admin Manager
  • Responsible in overall function of office administration which includes maintaining company assets,, office supplies, and general facilities.
  • Coordinate and liaise with all levels of people in the organization to get work done.
  • Support special project, ad-hocs and initiatives as required

Vendor Relations:

  • Source and liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and managing vendor agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven2 years of experience as an HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Word and Excel skills to produce reports and HR documents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Location:

Office based role - Philippines - Manila , BGC area

Working Hours:

Full-time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Philippines time

Monday-Friday
