a. Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably major in Psychology or equivalent.
b. At least one (1) year of work experience in human resource management.
c. Administrative knowledge in the areas of employee relations, occupational health and safety, timekeeping, wage and benefits administration
d. Knowledge of labor laws, particularly pertaining to wages and benefits
e. Literacy on computer operations, particularly on HR Information System
f. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
g. Keen on details, well organized and systematic
