- Responsible for the administration of recruitment, and compensation & benefits and dedicated projects.
Liaises with government agencies via online or offline transactions for statutory benefits and inquiries.- Corresponds with 3rd party providers such as but not limited to HMO and other partners.
Perform other Administrative task that may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
At least 2-3 years of experience in HR and Administration Field
- Familiarity with Labor Laws and other statutory regulations related to benefits.
Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of basic Google and Microsoft applications and familiarity with the internet and email communications
Excellent communication, technical writing and solid presentation skills. Has strong analytical and customer service skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must excel at multi-tasking and pay great attention to detail.
High level of passion to learn new things and adapt to a challenging task.
