- Responsibilities and Duties
Assists in recruiting and staffing logistics.
- Assists in training, employment law compliance, employee benefits, handling grievance, salary administration, performance management, disciplinary action, and
Keeps personnel/employee records up-to-date and handles general records keeping.- Contributes to the accomplishment of the HR practices and objectives.
Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
Graduate of BS Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Psychology.
- Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
Must be proficient in MS Office applications.- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
