Probationary and Regularization Monitoring

Contract Preparation

Evaluation Monitoring- Quarterly, Semi Annual & Annual Evaluation

Preparation of COE and other employee's request

Exit Interview process of Employees

Monitoring of company properties issued by HRAD Staff

Resignation Collation, Clearance Processing and Last Pay Issuance

Reporting of Employees details

East West ATM Processing

Company ID and ID Sticker Processing

Welcome Kit Releasing To New Employees

Laptop Monitoring

Secretary Certificates Request/ Legal Assistance

Admin Request and Liquidation

HMO Reporting and Deletion Monitoring

Time Keeping

Monitoring of available Leave Credits of Employees

Tarkie Reimbursement

Monthly Tardiness Issuance and Annual Tally

Valet Driver Tag, Codes And Registration To Luxxe Valet
  • Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential.

Must have at least 1 year experience in HR and Admin

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance Must be able to lift and carry

Ability to answer employee inquiries and questions effectively

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant

PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Teamwork skills

Graduate of Psychology or any related degree
