Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Admin Assistant to support our HR department and ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions and provide administrative support to maintain efficient office operations.
  • Responsibilities
Assist the Sr. HR and Admin and HR and Admin Manager in recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and rank and file.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and conduct orientations for new hires.
Check daily attendance of employees.
  • Prepare and maintain employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Handle employee inquiries and provide information regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
To generate and regulate issuance of ID's and PIN to all employees.
  • To ensure accurate timekeeping records of Regular employees, Utilities, Drivers and coordinate same to the Accounting Department.
To confidentially manage employee's 201 files.
  • To attend to employee's clarifications or queries on BIR, SSS, PAGIBIG, and PHILHEALTH.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee team-building activities.
  • Perform duties as assigned by HR and Admin Manager
Manage office administrative tasks, including reception, correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and inventory.

  • Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or any related course.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience as an HR assistant, HR administrative assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Knowledge of HR functions (payroll processing, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, labor relations, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HRIS and proficiency in MS Office.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role supporting HR functions.
Can work under pressure and minimal supervision.
  • Willing to start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,
  • 00 - Php18,700.00 per month
