Job Description

HR & Admin Assistant is responsible for maintaining provides tasks such as typing, filing, copying, transmitting data, ordering office supplies, scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements and answering phones.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS or AB Business Administration or any related courses.
  • At least has 3 years experience in construction industry.
Has an extensive knowledge in handling administrative works in construction industry.
  • Male or Female, 24yrs old and up
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
  • Good organizational skills and an ability to work to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Can start immediately
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Correspondence preparation, distribution and filing important documents.
  • Maintains work site equipment in operating condition
Coordinates and schedules the building maintenance program
  • Supervises the preparation of construction expenses to ensure accuracy and completeness
Process all BIR, Business Permit and related business permits.
  • Monitor all credit cards, load allowance, PLDT & Globe Lines.
Can monitor and manage personal of President, & Vice President CMO and COO.
  • Performs various clerical tasks, such as running errands for project managers, performing payroll and maintaining records if required (e.g., managing petty cash)
Responsible for managing file system (systematic arrangement and retrieval of records, documents or information) within specified limits and following established procedures.
  • Knowledgeable in Government Mandatories process and filing.
Assisted Accounting Tax Clearance and others concerns
  • Assisted all department regarding their concerns and needed.
Maintains accurate records, reports, receipts and other documents related to the project (e.g., work orders).
  • Book all travel as needed and process of Visa and Identification Card of foreign employees.
Prepare monthly expense reports for request budget.
  • Prepare presentations for Executive team as required
Data entry and general administrative support for Vice President
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
