Must be a graduate of BSBA major in Human Resource Management or any related courses.- With at least 2-3 years of HR Related working experience specifically knowledgeable with HR Metrics.
Must have initiative, strong analytical and decision-making skills, and can think out of the box to solve problems and address conflicts.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to build networks across industries, academic institutions, and organizations.
Has excellent organizational skills and is keen to detail.- Must be amenable to work in Cabuyao, Laguna
