Philippine Phosphate Fertilizer Corporation (PHILPHOS) Plant Site - ISABEL, LEYTE is looking for
PSYCHOMETRICIAN to fill-in the position of Human Resource (HR) Analyst.
- HR Analyst (Psychometrician) will focus on: handling end-to-end recruitment process includes reviewing manpower requisitions, job posting, screening pool of applicants, administering tests and scoring/interpreting test results, interviewing, and preparing hiring-related documents; timekeeping or checking of overtime requests and leave applications of employees; assisting Payroll Section in Managerial Employees payroll concerns; preparing reports to be submitted to DOLE; preparing of minutes of meetings and memos that involves HRMD; monitoring of Unions requests and other related communications; monitoring/maintaining of 201 files and HR files; preparing employment clearance and certification; and conducting exit interview.
Graduate of BS Psychology- Registered Psychometrician
Willing to relocate in
Plant Site - Isabel, Leyte- Good interpersonal skills
