About this opportunity:
As an HR Administrator at Ericsson, you will play a pivotal part in preserving the organization's human resource value by completing assorted HR administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing data in our various IT systems to guarantee data quality, all within our standard processes, procedures and work instructions.
What You Will Do
- Maintain all HR data in your scope
- Provide HR Administrative services
- Provide functional system expertise
- Provide Project & Process Support
- Delivers results and meeting customer expectations.
- You will also need excellent planning & organizational skills.
- Can adept to HR processes and subject area knowledge.
- Run and participate in improvement initiatives and projects
- End to end administration of Leadership and Behavioral Assessments.
To be successful in the role you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 6 months-1 year experience as HR Administration under Shared Services.
- Excellent Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Can work in McKinley, Taguig office (hybrid schedule, 2-3x a week onsite)
