HR Admin are expected to have/to do:
- Have Strong Organisation skills
- Good in People management and coordination
- Knows how to have a strong connection with Office Sales Teams
- Organized in schedules and arrangements of applicants during hiring
- Time flexibility is required when job requires especially for reports to Management
- With Good track record for this job - experience is a must!
- Knows to train, seek, search, and scout new empoloyees for different job roles
- Experience in hiring manpower quick
- Knows the right process of applicant interviews for new hires
- Also will have light accounting tasks assisting the General Manager - accounting background and experience is a great advantage
- Well background in Finance for salary/payroll and benefits (compben)
