Job Description

HR Admin are expected to have/to do:

  • Have Strong Organisation skills

  • Good in People management and coordination

  • Knows how to have a strong connection with Office Sales Teams

  • Organized in schedules and arrangements of applicants during hiring

  • Time flexibility is required when job requires especially for reports to Management

  • With Good track record for this job - experience is a must!

  • Knows to train, seek, search, and scout new empoloyees for different job roles

  • Experience in hiring manpower quick

  • Knows the right process of applicant interviews for new hires

  • Also will have light accounting tasks assisting the General Manager - accounting background and experience is a great advantage

  • Well background in Finance for salary/payroll and benefits (compben)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
* 13th month salary
