Resolves administrative problems and inquiries - Prepares and modifies documents including memos, reports, drafts and e-mails
Representative on various meetings organized by customers & other relation offices
- Records, compiles, transcribes and distributes incoming correspondence
Process and prepare documents, such as business government forms and expense reports - Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and other online professional platforms)
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
