I. BASIC FUNCTIONTo implement HR programs and policies, manage every aspect of employee development and relations. To manage recruiting and staffing, performance management, benefits and compensation administration, organizational development, employee counseling service, and training.
- II. KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
This position directly reports to the Admin/HR Manager and liaises closely with finance and accounts department and other departments throughout the organization to achieve goals and objectives.
- III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- ) Promotes and supports the company's Quality and Food Safety system and policies such as GMP, GLCP and HACCP and to immediately report to proper authorities all Food Safety related deviations.
- ) Strict adherence to and implementation of all company rules and regulations and established policies and procedures.
- ) Developing an employee-oriented organization culture that emphasizes continuous improvement, team-work high performance and quality.
- ) Ensuring organizational conformation with applicable HR related regulations and statutes as well as organizational procedures and policies.
- ) Implementing HR programs and policies as needed by the organization.
- ) Identifying, evaluating, and resolving human relations, employee morale, work performance and organizational productivity concerns.
- ) Ensuring job description for every employee position is up-to-date and accurate.
- ) Ensure accurate timekeeping and attendance monitoring. Providing staff and managers with the essential reports in order to help them in managing their employee resources.
- ) Recruiting and retaining top quality employees for each department and conducting interviews.
- ) Creating compensation plans and providing administration for employee welfares.
- ) Ensuring that every aspect of human resources incorporate the vision, values, and culture of the organization.
- ) Coordinating with third party organization and staff training events or programs and recommending resources, as needed.
- ) Assist in developing health and safety programs for all employees.
- ) Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, processing confidential reports and documents and all related government permits and licenses.
- ) Interpreting, assisting and advising employees and managers regarding leave management and benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
- ) Ensuring effective reception or proper approvals on forms and enter changes in the Quality and Food Safety system.
- ) Ensure all records related to HR such as but not limited to leaves, 201 files, contracts etc. are in order.
- ) Responsible for taking over relevant task, duties and responsibilities or serves as Deputy In-Charge of the HR/Admin Manager during his/her absence, leave or non-availability.
- ) Performs other duties as may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.
- ) Observes 5S housekeeping principle in the conduct of daily tasks and assignments.
- IV. QUALIFICATION
Education : Graduate of any four year course
Experience : At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing firm in a
Supervisory capacity
Judgment : Good analytical ability, sound judgment and decisiveness is a must
Supervisory Capability : With direct supervision to administration, human resources,
recruitment and training
Working Attitude/Abilities : With high degree of initiative on continual improvement. With
keen and consistent attention to details
Others : Knowledgeable in ISO requirements and implementation. Able to manage multitask work in a strong-paced environment and ability to mentor and supervise staff. Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationship with people in course of work. Strong project management, time management and leadership skill.
