Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration or any relevant degree;
Minimum of 3 years experience
with the same role; preferably in a shared service organizations;- Strong computer skills particularly with programs such as Microsoft Office and Sprout HRIS software;
Has a good understanding of applicable labor laws and its processes;
- Can work under pressure and handle confidential information, strong management and leadership skills ;
Can start ASAP;Must be willing to do field work (from Makati BGC).
Must be open for a face to face interview. Oversee daily operations of HR & Admin department;
- Supervise HR & Admin employees;
Manage the hiring, onboarding and offboarding process;- Collaborate with management with training programs;
Handles compensation (regular, special and annualization) and benefits proposal and pertinent information for employees;
- Manage the performance evaluation process;
Helps resolves conflicts within the organizational teams and labour relations issues;- Revisit company policies, make amendments and create new one when needed;
Check HR processes and amend to meet the requirements of the company;
- Attend management discussions relating to operations and employees welfare;
Plan and organize company events (planning sessions, sports activities, parties);- Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities.
