Job Description:- Organize the recruitment, selection and training process for new employees
Assist in the development of employee performance appraisal, salary incentives and procedures- Assist in the communication between company leaders and employees to ensure a harmonious internal working atmosphere
Prepare and issue employee salaries
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned
- Must adapt to work on Saturday
Bachelor degree, majoring in human resources or management.
- More than 2 years working experience.
Experience and skills in handling recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Ms office and other common office software.
- Working experience in recruitment of online loan company is preferred.
Must be amenable to work Monday to Saturday and in Pasig City

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
