Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist management in formulating and administering personnel policies and
programs.
- Manages the implementation of company rules and regulations.
- Coordinates with manpower and security provider about each department concerned,
check, monitor and evaluate their service and request for improvement plans if
needed.
- Plans/Prepares Annual Training Matrix and Training Plan. Coordinates the
implementation of the in-house training programs and acts as facilitator as needed.,
Process/collect all the necessary documents and data in compliance with the training
procedure.
- Oversees all stages of the recruitment process including posting job openings,
screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Prepares/Checks employment contracts.
- Process visa and AEP renewal of all Japanese staff.
- Address employee conflicts, complete investigations as required and work with
management to impose employee discipline or corrective action. Coordinates with
pertinent people for immediate resolutions of issues/concerns.
- Facilitates/Assists organization of various committees to implement such programs.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
such as but not limited to organizational chart, employees job descriptions, training
records, etc.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents
are collected and filed appropriately.
- Taking care of checking, evaluating and renewal of Service provider's contract.
- Keeps updated on new government laws, rulings, and announcements applicable to
the company and employees.
- Prepares monthly and quarterly report to be discussed on the scheduled monthly
management review/meeting.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as company-wide

regulations related to labor and health.
- Promotes employee's health and well-being programs.
- Oversees/checks all the work of HR Staffs/ HR Leader. Supervises utilities, admin
drivers.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications
BS Psychology Graduate
With 3-5 years experience as HR practitioner
Smart, hardworking, can work with less supervision.
