DESCRIPTION
Coordinates with Hiring Managers for hiring requirements
Ensures timely processing of attendance, leaves and other transactions of all employees by observing the timekeeping and payroll calendar
In-charge of all time keeping tasks (time logs every cutoff, to be transmitted to payroll)
Assigned to update employee leave credits (VL, SL and other paid leaves) and facilitate all employee transactions
To maintain, manage and update the Employee List
To give assistance to government mandatory claims (SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth, etc)
Overall in-charge for the updating of employees records in government agencies: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig (change status, reporting for newly hired, corrections, etc.)
Responsible in managing labor relations within an office environment.
Responsible in offering counseling services to employees, organizing company events process and conducting exit interviews.
Fullfill other tasks that may be assigned by the HR Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or an equivalent
Must have good command of the English language
Must be proficient in Skype, MS Office, Google Sheets
Must be willing to be trained
Must be a team player
Must have a competitive attitude
