Job Overview: The HR and Admin Staff will support various aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Recruitment Assistance:
Support the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.Onboarding and Offboarding Support:
Assist in onboarding new employees and managing offboarding procedures.Employee Data Maintenance: Help maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality.
- Policy and Compliance Support: Assist in updating and enforcing company policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Employee Relations Support:
Aid in addressing employee queries, concerns, and contribute to fostering positive employee relations.Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Assist in timekeeping, payroll processing, and managing employee benefits programs.Office Management:
Assist in managing office supplies, procurement, and utility bill payments.Asset and Fleet Support:
Support asset management, including company vehicles and fleet operations.Travel Coordination: Assist in making travel arrangements for business purposes.
- Expat Assistance: Provide support for expatriates with various administrative tasks.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR support or administrative roles is advantageous.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
