Role Definition/Objective:This job is responsible for human resource acquisition and facilitates movement to support operations manpower needs. In the performance of this duty, the job requires regular consultations with the Area/GH Offices, Head Office departments and section personnel to ensure that reports and documents are accurately presented.
Furthermore, this job requires execution of timely initiatives on matters concerning the department with less coaching and follow-up reminders.
Screens, validates applications and facilitates hiring processes
- Implements Newly Hire's Manual Orientation & Customer Service Training.
Enrolls /Process BIR1902, SSS R1A, Pag-IBIG Online registration and PHIC ER2 for new hire employee- Updates 201 files of employees under covered areas.
Representation and facilitation of required government contribution (SSS, Pag-Ibig, BIR and Philhealth offices) and employees claims
- Facilitates bi-monthly DTR synchronization
Facilitates survey for employee's dependents to be enrolled in HMO- Finalizes Clearance attachments before submission to Payroll section for processing
Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, BSBA HRDM or its related course- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledgeable of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Strong organizational and planning skills
Able to communicate well in oral and written English
- Proficient in MS Office application
Willing to extend time if needed- Must be in Iloilo City or willing to work in our office at
