General Responsibility: Assists the Management in the execution of Human Resources Management and Administrative functions and programs such as but not limited to Recruitment, Time-keeping, Payroll & CompenBen, Employee Relations, and Policy Implementation.
B.
Duties & Responsibilities:I. Recruitment (Selection and Hiring
a. Ensure sourcing activities/initiatives are in line with the latest, best practices.
b. Ensure a positive experience for all applicants by always showing a respectful and caring attitude.
c. Works closely with Management to help determine staffing strategy, obtain position requirements, and ensure that job descriptions are updated.
d. Coordinates with job portals and maintains resume data bank for various positions.
e. Conducts initial interview then endorse shortlisted candidates to Management for 2nd and final interview.
f. Conducts employment background checks of shortlisted candidates.
g. Sends job offers to successful candidates.
h. Assists in the orientation and on-boarding of newly hired employees.
II. Time-keeping
a. Receives and verifies manual timekeeping forms entered into a computer system to ensure the accuracy of all data recorded
b. Collects and summarizes the payroll documents (DTR, OB, OT, and Leave Forms) then submit the same (twice a month) to Payroll Section for processing and payout.
c. Provides monthly tardiness, absences, AWOL, and other reports.
d. Monitors attendance and reports of tardy and absent employees.
III. Payroll & CompenBen
a. Calculates employee salaries for payroll disbursement.
b. Managing deduction amounts and benefit information.
c. Making benefit contributions payments every 15th and on/before the end of the month.
d. Requesting budget for payroll and petty cash from the accounting department.
e. Providing guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
IV. Admin.
a. Conducts end-to-end administrative process (issuance of NTEs, investigations, hearings, etc.) for Truck Drivers and Helpers (Incidentals).
b. Handling confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
c. Regularly checking and updating the master list of office employees.
d. Organizing and checking the 201 file and office employee requirements.
e. Updating the summary of tardiness and absences regularly.
f. Issuance of Company ID
g. Monitor and safe keeping of Company Business documents like Business, Fire, and other Permits.
h. Monitor and safe keeping of LTO, MMDA, and LGU traffic apprehension.
i. Monitoring and buying office supplies and equipment.
j. Perform pertinent administrative tasks as may be required.
V. Employee Relation
a. Maintaining positive relationships between employees and the organization.
b. Collaborating with other departments to address employee concerns and improve employee relations.
