Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible on end-to-end process of recruitment from sourcing to deployment
Handle employee grievances and concerns- Prepares Notice of Offense and Notice of Disciplinary Action
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources
Compile and update employee records- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Responsible on employees DTR, Timekeeping

Qualifications:- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related course
- Registered Psychometrician is an advantage
Must be knowledgeable and proficient in MS applications- Excellent in oral and written communication skills
Has strong personality
- Can work under minimum supervision, independent, team player, organized, flexible,creative and resourceful
