ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Records and Documentation- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Prepare and update HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and company policies.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Employee Relations- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
Foster a positive working environment by promoting effective communication and resolving interpersonal conflicts.
Benefits Administration
- Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Communicate benefits information to employees and assist in addressing benefit-related inquiries.
Compliance- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR and administrative processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management
- Support the performance management process by tracking employee goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
Training and Development- Assist in identifying training needs within the organization.
Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and performance.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.- Willing to be deployed in Punta Princesa, Cebu City
