HR ADMIN (SAN JUAN)We are seeking a highly organized
HR Admin to join our team in our
SAN JUAN NCR office. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR department, assist with recruitment efforts, and maintain employee records.
Assist with job postings and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and ensure all paperwork is up-to-date.- Assist with performance evaluation and employee review processes.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support as needed.
- Assist with planning and coordinating employee events and activities.
Maintain HR databases and prepare reports as needed.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR databases.
Experience in HR or administrative support preferred.
- Willing to work in San Juan City.
