About us

Valley Security Management Services OPC (VSMS) is a growing security services provider in the Philippines, catering to businesses of varying sizes and local and international organizations in the country. We have worked with clients across different sectors including Retail, Manufacturing, and Hospitality. Our team consists of skilled and seasoned individuals who are equipped to provide quality service. They are duly accredited security professionals with ample experience in guard force management, asset/property protection, business management, and supply chain and project management. We are seeking a candidate who is aligned with our dedication to enhancing our processes and policies as we grow and expand our operations.

  • Tasks & responsibilities
_HR, Compensation and Benefits_
  • Ensuring the accurate completion of all necessary forms, particularly the 201 files and any required documents as specified by VSMS and maintaining the employee database file
Reviewing and verifying the Daily Time Record (DTR) using the bi-monthly attendance and timecard submissions from all detachments to prepare payrolls
  • Drafting and delivering notices such as Notice To Explain and Return To Work, and resolving disciplinary actions and grievance cases promptly
Preparing, processing and releasing other necessary HR documents such as employment contracts, quitclaim and release forms, certificates of employment, leave forms, etc.
  • Enrolling new employees with SSS, Pag-IBIG and PhilHealth, ensuring the timely posting of contribution payments and handling any government benefit-related issues
Assisting employees with their ATM applications and coordinating with the bank regarding the release of ATM cards and any queries and clarifications
  • Coordinating with the rest of the HR Department to ensure the seamless onboarding and offboarding processes of all concerned employees
Coordinating with other VSMS internal departments to address employee issues and concerns promptly
  • Overseeing employee relations, such as receiving and handling complaints, and raising them to the appropriate level for disciplinary or legal measures as needed
Carrying out any additional HR-related tasks needed to effectively fulfill primary duties and responsibilities, as well as any duties delegated by other senior officers and/or supervisors in the chain of command

_Administrative and Operational Matters_
  • Working with the Operations Team to ensure the cleanliness and uniform completeness of all security personnel by conducting regular detachment visits and audits
Submitting reports to regulatory bodies such as DOLE, SEC and SOSIA to ensure compliance
  • Addressing grievances and ensuring the due process is followed in a timely manner by conducting investigations and preliminary disciplinary interviews for perceived disciplinary violations
Drafting, printing and disseminating company memorandums to ensure they are acknowledged and understood by all officers and detachments
  • Recording minutes for company meetings
Assisting in the creation, editing and publication of content on official company correspondence and social media platforms
  • Assisting in the coordination, processing and release of permits and inspections as needed
Representing the company in conferences, hearings and meetings as needed
  • Handling employee and client queries through the designated communication channels
Managing the procurement of office supplies and other needs as approved by the management
  • Coordinating the sourcing and procurement of necessary logistical requirements for VSMS, employees and clients
Carrying out any additional admin-related tasks needed to effectively fulfill primary duties and responsibilities, as well as any duties delegated by other senior officers and/or supervisors in the chain of command
  • Qualifications & experience
A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organization skills, and places a high value on punctuality, attendance, and time management
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (a good and active listener, able to build rapport with others, can effectively communicate a message/concept in a clear, concise and professional manner, can compose professional letters and emails independently with minimal guidance)
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills (results-driven, capable of managing complaints or concerns from different parties in a timely and professional manner, capable of assessing and forming judgments on various options and results based on facts and verifiable information)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php24,
