Qualifications:- College graduate of any business course
At least 2 years of working experience as an HR and Admin specializing in clerical/administrative support or equivalent- Good communications skills and highly organized.
Can start immediately
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Required to perform HR duties such as recruitment, monitoring of staff, release of memo and payslip.
- Approve leave of absence of employees .
Serve disciplinary action to employees providing it doesn't disrupt the work flow.- Ensure that the office building is properly maintained.
Report to Main Office any concerns.
- Update and submission of weekly/monthly reports to Main Office.
Perform minor accounting functions.- Coordinate with the other administrators for a specified concern.
Perform other tasks assigned by management as needed.
