HR/ADMIN SUPERVISOR
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or
a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as HR/Admin Supervisor.
With knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development)- With understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
With outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- With excellent English communication skill (written and verbal)
With interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels- With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
With strong ethics and reliability.
- Potential to handle a leadership role.
Must be knowledgeable in processing permits from LGU agencies.- With experience dealing with lawyers, recruitment agencies, prospective suppliers, Health care provider (HMO), Local gov't agencies
Preferably resident of Quezon City or surrounding areas or localities
- Familiar with computers, systems, and connections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,
- 00 - Php18,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday Weekends
Supplemental pay types:
* 13th month salary
