Facilitate overall function of Human Resources including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relation and administration.- Develop and monitor implementation of effective human resources strategies and policies.
Review the company's organizational structure for optimal establishment to support business processes and ensure effective manpower and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain competitive remuneration and grading structures.
Manage employee relations, welfare, safety, and health to foster a conducive work environment and ensure legal compliance.- Manages administrative function of security services, vehicle arrangements and maintenance, management of the office premises, facilities, office equipment and property and ensure safety in the work place and provision of working tools.
Facilitate travel logistics including but not limited to VISA applications, travel tickets, hotel arrangements, local transportation and full expense report.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor and government requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the Company at hearings.
Facilitate processing of statutory benefits such as SSS, Phil health and HDMF/Pag Ibig.- Timely creation and facilitation of payroll processing and monthly submission of payroll reports, government statutory reports, and other finance related requirements.
Travel often to Laguna for a meeting and support other related matters.
