The HR Admin Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department by handling various administrative tasks. This includes managing employee records, assisting with recruitment, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and addressing HR-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills.
- Employee Records Management
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and qualifications.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and manage HR-related documents such as contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
- Screen resumes and applications, scheduling interviews with candidates
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including organizing interview panels and handling candidate communications
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and coordination of training sessions.
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring the completion of exit interviews and return of company property.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed
- Monitor and post consolidated manpower schedules for all departments
- Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure HR practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations
- Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes

- Training and Development:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions
- Assist with tracking employee development and performance metrics
