HRAD Officer / HRAD AssistantThe HRAD Manager shall guide and manage the overall provision of the human resources and administration department, its services, policies, programs and systems that encourages maximum contribution and availability of the company's human resources. At site level, this includes managing the site employees and ancillary resources required to support the employees in the safest manner at the lowest possible unit cost. This individual is also in charge of office cleanliness and order and maintains an environment conducive to employees productivity.
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and improve on the HR areas of organizational structure, employment, compensation, employee data base maintenance, benefits administration, employee relations, policy/procedure development, performance management.
- Manage recruitment and selection process including postings, screening and selection. Supervise and guide the recruiting team, search for and enforce new sourcing methods, lead the team to improve the company brand.
Oversee HR programs and practices that support retention and engagement of required workforce.- Manage full range of training and performance management programs and systems so that employees are able to effectively perform duties.
Participate in organization wide development and succession management programs. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Administer conflict resolution and make appropriate recommendations to the Managing Director. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Manage the HRAD Department within costs and report monthly cost to budget as well as conduct an annual budget for the department.- Lead performance management and talent assessment.
Contribute to the HRAD strategy of the company and advice on any pending changes in labour laws.
- Manage conducting company orientation to new employees as part of the On Boarding process to foster positive attitude towards Company goals.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, improving and developing human resources policies and procedures.- Maintaining historical human resources records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Monitoring and proper documentations on employee regularizations, promotions, transfers and other employee movements.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.- Administration of Benefit programs to the employees such as Insurance, Health Maintenance, Leaves, Government Benefits and other company-initiated benefits. Maintain employee benefit programs and informs employees on their benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; designing and conducting other benefit programs.
Ensure proper due process in administration of employee violations. Conduct and provide reports of administrative hearings and serving of administrative decisions to employee. Counseling of employees.
- Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with Philippine Labor Law. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional organizations.- Manage to conduct exit interviews and prepares employee separation notices and related documentations.
Extend administrative support to other departments.- Develop budget recommendations for operating expenditures and capital outlay.
Execute plans, policies and programs related to property, equipment, supplies, housekeeping, building and grounds maintenance.
- Organizes office operations such as workspace assignments
Ensures business registration is up to date- Attends and coordinates with the Corporate Secretary for all the company's legal requirements including expatriates visas
Manage and monitors handling of fire, vehicle, and annual travel insurance needs of the company
- Reviews scheduled periodic office maintenance
In-charge of safekeeping all corporate, relevant documents, keys and other office/site equipment- Directs and facilitates annual inventory of all office equipment
Manages office/household supply and meal provisions for employees rendering overtime work
- Drafts and implements administrative memos
Directs and manages office staff and messengers/drivers in ensuring office cleanliness and timely transmittals and collections- Takes minutes of meetings (MOM) and issues to relevant parties within the next twenty-four (24) hours
Performs other related task that may be assigned from time to time
- Reviews canvassed materials/items, services, and submitted quotations for all purchases
Approves purchase orders and travel requisition forms- Reviews purchase requisitions and ensures approval of Commercial Manager and Managing Director prior to actual purchase of item/s
Reviews printed travel itinerary before releasing it to concerned traveler
- Performs other tasks deemed necessary
- Skills and Qualifications:
Preferably bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or similar field
- 8 years of progressively senior level human resources and administration work experience.
Experience with faade/architectural/design service and/ or related industry work experience but not required.- In-depth knowledge of human resource practices, applicable rules and regulations, labour, employment, human rights and privacy jurisprudence
Advanced analytical, problem solving and decision- making abilities.
- Proven and exemplary leadership skills and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people.
Excellent in people management skills.

Pay: Php40,- 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
