Orkestra Communications seeks personable and highly motivated
HR interns to support the HR & Recruitment Officers in day-to-day tasks and activities.

- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
Screening potential employees resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.- Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
Track and organize vacation days, time off, and sick leave data.
- Provide support in administering HR policies and procedures.
Assist with special projects and other duties, which will require some report writing and research.- Other reasonably required duties
- Must be currently enrolled and taking up a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
Must have an endorsement letter from OJT Coordinator/Professor/Dean- Must have a laptop or computer and stable internet connection (work from home set-up)
Minimum of 400 internship hours
- Good English communication skills
