The HR Admin Personnel will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions. This role involves maintaining employee records, managing HR documents, and assisting in the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
Track employee training progress and performance
- Coordinate training and professional development programs
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy- Conduct interview and on boarding process
Prepare reports, correspondence, and/or other documents
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed
Identify and mitigate risks related to HR and administrative functions- Other related duties may be assigned
HUMAN RESOURCE/ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL:
COLLEGE GRADUATE/BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY, BEHAVIORAL SCIENCE, HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT OR ANY RELATED COURSE- GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS BOTH WRITTEN AND ORAL
- PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE (A MUST)
2 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE- STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL AND MULTI TASKING ABILITIES
