HR Manager- Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Will be assisting the
HR Department in their day-to-day operations, specifically on Recruitment, Payroll, and Employee Relations, and provide assistance to the Admin Department.
- Must be a degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management.
With exceptional ability in maintaining confidentiality and handling of sensitive information
.Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
. Proficient in using office tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
With exceptional skill in prioritizing tasks effectively and efficiently
; must be a multi-tasker.- Must have strong communication skills; both oral and written.
Can work under a fast-paced work environment;
can work under pressure.
Willing to be assigned in Gagalangin, Tondo, Manila
.
