Job Description
- Knowledgeable of labor standards of the Phil. Labor Code
Performs HR-related administrative tasks including proper documentation of company policies and processes.- Maintains employee records, particularly the 201 and benefits-related information
Recruits for managerial, supervisory, professional, technical, production, and general support positions; exhausts all sourcing strategies to acquire qualified people
- Anticipates human resource issues and gives solutions.
Initiates, plans, develops and implements HR programs for employee learning, welfare, and job satisfaction- Reviews current HR policies, systems, and procedures and enhances them whenever necessary
Effectively communicates and ensures that company policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibility
- Prepares employment documents of new hires and conducts new employee orientation up to exit reviews
Handles values management including its recognition and rewards programs- Performs employee relations functions such as counseling, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
Handles employee performance issues and participates in employee-related investigations and disciplinary action
- Familiar with processing Mayor Business Permits, SEC/DTI Registrations and Updates, and other compliance and regulatory related processes essential to business transactions.
Assist in payroll and government mandatory benefits processing
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of Human Resources experience
- Highly organized and strong people skills
Strong in document production using Microsoft Office
