Previous working experience as an HR administrative assistant at Construction Company for 1 year- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel PowerPoint

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, communication and interpersonal skills
Data-driven mindset- Recruiting and Staffing Posting, Sourcing, onboarding requirements, Screening of applicants, rolling out offer letters, establishing employee benefits, and company orientation for new hires

- Weekly site worker's payroll & DTR filling. Ensuring that the DTR is validated and approved by the corresponding approver.
Generate monthly mandatory remittances.- Administrative tasks as needed.
